Usage info

Once open, keep in an air tight bag, use within a month. Step 1: Wash 1 cup of rice then drain the water. Step 2: Add 1 ½ cups water, soak for 15 minutes. Step 3: Bring to the boil in a saucepan, simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on. Step 4: Turn off the heat, with lid on, rest for 15 minutes before serving.
