Usage info

Place sheep cheese, sauteed minced meat or vegetables on the broad side of the triangular pastry leaf and roll inwards. Heat oil in a pan and try the filled pastry rolls lightly for approx.3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. Alternatively brust the pastry rolls with egg yolk and bake them in an oven at 220C until golden brown.
