Usage info

The product must be cooked at temperatures above 70°C in the centre of the food by the final consumer, as it is not a ready-to eat food. Method of preparation: Remove from packaging without defrosting. Cook in a frying pan with a little oil for 5-6 minutes over medium-high heat. Once opened, keep between 0 and 4ºC and consume within 48 hours. Once thawed, do not refreeze the product.
