Usage info

Recommended Cooking Instructions: For best results, either oven bake or steam cook from frozen. Based on 16-32 individual pieces. To oven bake, place frozen product onto a baking tray and cover with a lid then bake for 35-40 minutes (Gas 4/180°C/350°F; less for convection ovens). To steam, place frozen product onto a baking tray and cover with a lid then steam cook for 20-25 minutes. Check product is a minimum of 82°C (or to national standards) before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
