Cook from frozen. Boiling: Place required quantity of frozen vegetables in a pan of boiling water. Add salt if required. Return to the boil and simmer for 5-7mind. Drain and serve. Microwave: Remove packing. Place 250gm of frozen vegetables in a non metallic bowl, add 4 15ml spoons of water and cover. Cook at 650W on full power of 4 mins remove and stir then microwave again for 4 mins. Only guide line.
