If kept frozen use till BBD, once defrosted do not refreeze. Cook from frozen. Oven: Place Omelettes on a greaseproof lined tray and bake in the oven at 160'C Fan for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 75'C for 30 seconds Microwave : Place 2 Omelettes on a plate, microwave on full power for approximately 1 minutes, Leave to stand for 1 minute
