Usage info

Defrost before use. Once defrosted, do not refreeze and store below 5°C and consume within 2 days. Oven temperature should not exceed 95°C if reheating in the bag. Steam: Place bag on a steamer tray and heat in a steam oven at 95°C for 35 – 40 minutes. Microwave: decant into a suitable container and heat on full power for 4 – 4½ minutes, stirring halfway through. These are guidelines only, always check food is piping hot throughout before serving. WARNING: Although every care has been made to remove bones, due to the nature of the product some may remain.
