oven to 190°C /375°F/ Gas mark 5 (fan-assisted oven: heat to 180°C). Spread the product evenly on the middle tray of the preheated oven. Bake the
product for 25–30 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C, place the product in the basket, and fry for 11 minutes. If defrosting, defrost thoroughly
