Deep Fry: Deep fry in hot oil at 175°C (350F) for 3 minutes. Drain and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
For larger portions increase the cooking time accordingly or cook in batches.
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 second or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).
