Flavoursome curry paste for authentic Thai jungle curry from the city of Chiang Mai. A blend of chilli, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, kaffir lime peel, galangal, shrimp paste and spices. This curry is much more dry, as it is prepared with less coconut milk, and cooked with a choice of meat.
