Cooking Instructions: Suitable for cooking from fully defrosted on a Char grill, Griddle, oven or motorised doner machine if spiked. If spiked: Cook on a motorised kebab machine until light brown, slice thin strips from top to bottom. Ensure that sliced pieces have reached 75ºC. If not use an alternative method to ensure core temperature of 75ºC is reached. If cooked on grill or char grill: Ensure that large pieces are diced into approximately 20mm cubes, Turn occasionally to achieve a core temperature of 75ºC and no pink colour remains. If cooked in an oven: Preheat the oven that place into an oil brushed cooking tray and cook until core temperature of 75ºC is reached.
