OVEN:
• Preheat the oven and arrange your McCain Purely Potato Wedges in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the
upper half of the oven.
• Bake until cooked through using the cooking guidelines shown.
• Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
OVEN: (with Sunflower oil added to product)
• For a crisper, more golden product add a quantity of Sunflower oil to the tray/product before cooking.
Industrial Electric Oven 210°C/425°F for 20 minutes.
Industrial Gas Oven gas mark 9 for 40-50 minutes.
Domestic Oven (Fan-assisted
for 500g of product) - 220°C/425°F for 20-25 minutes.
