Cooking Instructions: Deep fry: Place burgers in hot fat or oil at 180oC/350oF and fry for 5-6 minutes. Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 220oC/425oF (Fan assisted 200oC/400oF) Gas Mark 7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until crisp, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
