Cooking Instructions: For best results cook from frozen. Oven: Preheat the oven and arrange your McCain Purely Potato Slices in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the upper half of the oven, bake until cooked through using the cooking guidelines shown, turn occasionally to ensure even cooking. Oven (with Sunflower oil added to product): For a crisper, more golden product apply 3 tablespoons of Sunflower oil to the tray/product before cooking. Industrial Electric oven: 210°C / 425°F for 20 minutes.
Industrial Gas Oven: Gas Mark 9 for 40 - 45 Minutes.
Domestic Oven (fan assisted for 500g of product): 220°C / 425°F for 20 - 25 minutes. Do not overcook, cooking directions based on 0.5 bag / 1.25kg of product, for different quantities adjust cooking time accordingly, if thawed do not refreeze.
