Cooking Instructions: For best results cook from frozen. Oven: Preheat the oven and arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the upper half of oven. Bake until cooked through using the cooking guidelines shown. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking. Oven (with sunflower oil added): For a crisper, more golden product apply 3 table spoons of sunflower oil to
the tray/product before cooking. Industrial Electric Oven-210°C / 425°F for 20 minutes. Industrial Gas Oven-Gas Mark 9 for 40 - 50 minutes. Domestic oven (for 500g) - 220°C / 425°F for 20 - 25 minutes. Do not over cook, cooking directions based on 0.5 bag / 1.25kg of product, adjust cooking time accordingly with amount of product, if thawed do not refreeze.
