White / creamy round frozen dougballs which can be defrosted and rolled out to form pizza bases.
Sales Information
Selling Points: People will think your pizzas come straight from an Italian kitchen, thanks to these great pizza balls.
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat the oven at 180oC,once the product defrosted oven it for 9-10 minutes.Handling Instructions: Remove doughball from freezer.Place in chiller@4-5oC for 12-16 hours to defrost with minimal prooving.
N.B Do not leave open to avoid formation of a skin.
Remove from chiller and allow 30 minutes at ambient room temperature to allow the dough to relax and minimize elasticity when forming into a base.
Hand push, machine pressor hand roll/roller press the doughball into the required size disc.
For thin crust:Place disc on screens or in pans or use directly for stonebake.Using a spiked docking roller will help to avoid blistering.
For deep pan place disc in pans,stack pans with lids on and allow to proof for 1-3 hours at ambient room tempretature until disc doubled in depth.
