Selling Points: The Chicken Steak is prepared with tender chicken breast meat, mildly seasoned and specially breaded , providing to the product an unequalled taste, texture and crispy. Made from chicken breast meat or chicken leg meat.

Cooking Instructions: Deep fry: Per-heat the oil to 180oC then cook steaks for 6mins untill golden brown(Make sure the centre is not Pink/Red. Convection oven: Per-heat oven to 200oC for 5mins, Heat 4 units for 20mins turning at half time. Electric oven: Per-heat oven to 200oC for 5mins, Heat 4 units for 20mins turning at half time. Microwave oven:Heat at medium heat, place 2 units on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 6 mins turning at half time.
