Cooking Instructions: Oven: Place the deep frozen product on a baking tray. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 245°C, gas mark 9, for 10 minutes. Turn them over and cook further for 10 minutes. Deep fat fry: bring the deep frozen vegetable burgers in hot oil at 180 °C during 5 to 6 minutes. Shallow fry: Fry for 10 to 12 minutes (no oil required) on a moderate heat turning the product regularly.
