Cut roast potatoes. 50-60 mm. Pre-cooked. Suitable for deep fat frying, oven and combisteamer.

Selling Points: GMO Free.
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until use. Once thawed, do not refreeze again and use within 24 hours. Deep fat frying: Preheat frying oil to 175C. Fry quantities (min. 500 g) for about 5-6 minutes until the product is golden yellow and crispy. Oven : Preheat the oven at 220C (428F) (electrical oven level 7). Spread the preferred quantity roast potatoes (500g) equally on the baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the chips for about 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile turn them until golden yellow and crispy. Preheat the turbo-heating at 200°C. Fry smaller quantities for a shorter period. Combisteamer : Preheat the combisteamer at 190°C heating level. Spread the preferred quantity equally on the baking tray. Place the tray in the middle of the oven or at the lowest tray in the grill. Bake the product for about 20-25 minutes.
