Selling Points: The potatoes are specially selected.Thereafter the product is pre-cooked in fat, quick frozen and packed in polytechnic bags.
Cooking Instructions: Oven
Preheat the oven at 220C (428F) (gas oven level 5). Spread the preferred quantity hash browns (500g) equally on the baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the hash browns for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile turn them until golden yellow and crispy. Preheat the turbo-heating at 200°C. Fry smaller quantities for a shorter period.
Frying pan
Heat some oil or butter. Put the hash browns round in the frying pan as soon as the butter is melted. Bake the hash browns round for about 10-15 minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Turn regularly.
Deep fat frying
Preheat frying oil to 175C (347F). Fry quantities (± 500g) at a time for about 3-5 minutes, until golden yellow and crispy.
