Selling Points: Jalapeño snacks are made of cream cheese mixed with pieces of green jalapeño pepper. The mixture is formed into a little ball and covered with breadcrumbs.GMO free
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until use.
Do not refreeze after defrosting and use within 24 hours.
Deep fat fryer
Preheat frying oil to 175C (347F). Fry small quantities (± 20 pieces per 5 l oil) for about 3-5 minutes, until golden yellow and crispy.
Oven
Preheat oven at 220C during 10 minutes (electrical oven level 7, gas oven level 5). Spread the preferred quantity jalapeño snacks equally on the baking tray. Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the jalapeño snacks for about 12-15 minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Turn them halfway.
Combination steamer
Preheat the combination steamer at 220°C(turboheating/convection). Bake the jalapeño snacks for about 12-15 minutes golden yellow and crispy.
