Cooking Instructions: This product is suitable for microwave and combi steamer.
Keep frozen until used.
Do not refreeze after defrosting and use the product within 24 hours.
Microwave
Put the preferred quantity in a microwave suitable dish and cover it. Preheat it according to the following description:
800 Watt 1350 Watt
500 g. Ca. 9 minutes Ca. 4 minutes
Stir the product after cooking. Add herbs and/ or spices to your preference.
For an extra smooth product you can add a little bit of milk or water.
Combi steamer
Preheat the combi steamer at 120°C 50% steam. Spread the preferred quantity constant on a Gastronorm plate (GN).

1500 g. in ½GN Ca. 12 minutes
Stir the product after cooking. Add herbs and/ or spices to your preference.
For an extra smooth product you can add a little bit of milk or water.
